You might be wondering just what he can do.
Gary is a carpet repair specialist.
The first thing you need to know about Gary is that he has many years of experience. He is old school, being taught a far more demanding protocol. He installed carpet for several years and then went into retail before returning to become a union supervisor. In the 80s, he opened a profitable retail store. Now he's semi-retired and specializes in carpet repair work.
Not everyone realizes that carpets can be repaired.
The most common problems that Gary sees are:
Bumps and ridges in the carpet
Holes in the carpet (pets clawing at the door jam)
Permanent stains on the carpet (bleach for instance)
Padding damaged by pets repeatedly urinating
