I wanted to create an effective stain removal system
for my current and potential carpet cleaning clients that would have a strong value. I’ve always felt a little bad when
a client would have me come to their home for just one bad stain and I would charge them my minimum rate. Most of the times, I try to give suggestions over the phone so they would at least improve the look of the stain
on their own until their regular cleaning. In other situations,
clients try to do the stain removal themselves without a lot of know how and create more damage. One example is getting so
desperate that you scrub the fibers too hard and leave the fibers frayed (permanent damage). Another example is using one
of the most popular consumer spotting products and setting a stain (permanent damage). Another
thing I noticed in my own home was that when an accident would happen on the carpet, my wife and I would have completely different
reactions. Her reaction would be frustration, aggravation, and wondering if that stain was going to come out. My reaction
would be a feeling of confidence because I have the experience and the tools to handle this situation even without the
use of my carpet cleaning system. That’s what I want you to feel—confidence. I will provide you with excellent spot and stain products (professional strength), instructions (written and
on DVD), and suggestions of the tools you’ll need to do a good job in removing or reducing spots and stains. This
system could save you hundreds of dollars! It could at least save you the fee I would charge you for removing difficult
stains. On top of that, you’ll be free of the frustration and aggravation that comes from the
lack of confidence of what to do. With this system, you will soon have the confidence of a professional carpet cleaner
when dealing with your spots and stains in your own home. |
